ChatGPT Integration with InsideSpin

As a validation of AI-augmented article writing, InsideSpin has integrated ChatGPT to help flesh out unfinished articles at the moment they are requested. If you have been a past InsideSpin user, you may have noticed not all articles are fully fleshed out. While every article has a summary, only about half are fleshed out. Decisions about what to finish has been based on user interest over the years. With this POC, ChatGPT will use the InsideSpin article summary as the basis of the prompt, and return an expanded article adding insight from its underlying model. The instances are being stored for later analysis to choose one that best represents the intent of InsideSpin which the author can work with to finalize. This is a trial of an AI-augmented approach. Email founder@insidespin.com to share your views on this or ask questions about the implementation.

Consulting Services

An opportunity for additional revenues -- not really. An opportunity to generate more product sales, for sure. Unless you are in the services business, consulting around your product family tends to be a necessary evil to secure key customers, especially when just starting out. Over time you should see an ecosystem of service partners develop that are more than happy to provide the consulting services for your product family -- let it happen. 4. Measure Success

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of your consulting practice. Consider metrics such as:

Conclusion

In conclusion, while consulting services can initially appear to be a necessary evil for technology entrepreneurs, they can also present significant opportunities for growth and customer engagement. By understanding the challenges, defining your scope, developing a pricing strategy, and leveraging partnerships, you can build a consulting practice that not only supports your product but also enhances your overall business model. Remember, the goal is to create a self-sustaining ecosystem where your consulting services add value without becoming a drain on your resources.
