Let's start a list of your favorite books that you think should be on every CEO's reading list. Perhaps we can turn this into a list that can be promoted to the InsideSpin website.

On behalf of InsideSpin, I would nominate the two I have identified so far (http://www.insidespin.com/references.php):

Crossing the Chasm by Geoffrey Moore
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

I hear Good to Great by Jim Collins is fantastic, and should be a staple for any employee and CEO. When I was with PlateSpin it was mandatory reading for the sales team (I never got to it then, but have started reading it recently).

I think CEO's should also read books by Seth Godin, like Linchpin. I hear Made to Stick is a phenomenal book about ideas. As you may have noticed I have a ton of books in my reading list.

Do we have to limit this thread to books? How bout blog articles?
One of my all-time favourite blog articles of all time is by blogger/author/entrepreneur Pam Slim.

I don't see any reason to limit it to just books....let's open it up.

The 'references' section of Insidespin is in a special hidden section -- find the easter egg or click on the link in the earlier post. I have two books posted so far -- The Alchemist and Crossing the Chasm
