This book was recommended to me. I've briefly skimmed it but haven't read it cover to cover yet

I am currently reading Delivering Happiness by Tony Hsieh, of Zappos.com and LinkExchange fame. Zappos.com's approach to customer service and their fantastic company culture is known across the tech world. He ended up selling Zappos to Amazon for a deal worth 1.2 billion. So far its an amazing read.
